Full Programmes
Full time activity involving the senior team or a functional team aimed at achieving a stretching business objective to improve sales, profit or cash performance.  This would include diagnostic and process adherence modules above and be lead by us in a project structure.

 

Executive Workshops

An intensive workshop involving senior team employing SL methods to visualise company strategy and create a common understanding of growth opportunities and a perform provisional performance project selection / re-selection. activity.


Business Unit Diagnostics
A systematic data collection activity involving funtional leaders to test their theories regarding Business Execution Rate improvement opportunities by defining and then measuring adherence against internal business processes.

 

Functional Diagnostics

Simillar to the Business Unit Diagnosis above, but involving a single functional team only.

 

Process Adherence Systems

Development of  business systems with functional teams that provide live execution performance data with reason code feedback to promote team focus on business strategy and a common understanding of the underlying performance blockers.


Mentored Programmes
This would follow the structure of the full programm above, but would be delivered by an on site project leader under our guidance.
